| Inspired by S. Rios and Mia 40" X 22" Embellished Fabric Collage Susan Rios is a wonderful watermedia artist. I composed the interior similar to one of hers, but this interior medium is rich in silk and tapestry fabrics. The subtle designs in each piece of fabric, cut and placed, is seen only when viewing the original closely. The paintings on the "walls" are of Mia, my granddaughter when she was 2 years old , and two other watermedias of mine. |

Rios and Livy 40" X 22" Embellished Fabric Collage on Giclee This interior started three years later as the giclee of the Mia picture on left, then embellished differently also using silk, tapestry, and other fabrics. The paintings on these "walls" are of Livy, my second grandchild, and two other more abstract collages. |
